  • Candidates who have successfully submitted their online admission fees can apply for hostel by clicking on "Apply for hostel" link under "candidate activity". No additional fee will be charged from the students. Candidates need to take the final printout of the hostel application form for future reference. There is no need to submit the final printout of hostel application form at the hostel.
  • If the final printout of your online hostel application form is showing incorrect entrance marks, then you are requested to kindly login back to the online hostel portal using your User ID and password, and download the final prinout of your hostel application form once again.
  • To recover your USER ID and Password:- Go to Forget User Id Or Password Option and Enter your High School Mark Sheet No. and select your Course. Your User ID and Password will be displayed on the screen.
  • All the candidates uploading photo, signature should be in jpg format and size of each file should not be more than 20KB.
  • While making online payment for entrance test once payment is made, it is necessary to ensure the Payment Status of SUCCESS/FAILURE after Login again and GO TO PAYMENT, Select Your PAYMENT MODE and click on CONTINUE FOR PAYMENT and Check PAYMENT STATUS.
  • In case of payment failure when made through debit or credit card, Kindly Contact to the customer care number written on the backside of that debit or credit card in order to intimate the details of the failed payment.
  • After last Date of submission of Application form, Students will be given three days time to EDIT/MODIFY their filled up Entries. The refund of fees (Failure of Fee deposited cases) will be entertained after the last date is over. आवेदन पत्र जमा करने के बाद, छात्रों को उनके भरे हुए प्रविष्टियों को संपादित / संशोधित करने के लिए तीन दिन का समय दिया जाएगा। अंतिम तिथि समाप्त होने के बाद फीस की वापसी (फीस जमा मामलों की विफलता) का समाधान किया जाएगा।
